Octopus Goblet

Octopuses are fascinating animals! Highly intelligent and capable of solving complex puzzles, their physicality lends itself to fascinating exploits.

This goblet was a puzzle of its own. When I first started crafting the goblet, I realized the octopus was too heavy for the piece as initially designed. The solution was to mount the bowl on an angled stem. Not it balances quite well and is actually very comfortable to hold.
