I have been working in ceramics since I was a young teen, and have continued to grow in my love for the craft as well as developing my skills and process. Inspiration for the pieces comes from nature as well as books I have read (particularly fantasy and adventure). My hope is that my pieces inspire imagination and creativity.

Along with throwing on a pottery wheel, I have spent a good amount of time hand-building. I decided that it should be possible to combine both practices. This led to a lot of different options, and I am excited to continue exploring the bounds of my skills and the media.
